The process is structured and collaborative. I guide a small leadership or policy team through a clear framework, gather their perspectives and priorities, and then synthesize that input into a well-crafted AI policy tailored to their organization. Most engagements include: - a facilitated session introducing my 8-step AI policy framework - structured input from key stakeholders - my authorship of the final policy and supporting materials You’ll receive: - a complete AI policy written for your organization - a concise one-page reference version - guidance on next steps for adoption and implementation Timelines typically range from one to three months, depending on organizational size, readiness, and availability.
